Returns & Exchanges

At Shopcaterpillar, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a fit isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
